The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites
Location: 404 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA		 In April of 2009, CAL-PAC was selected as the prime contractor to spearhead the $45-million renovation project of the famous Downtown Los Angeles Hotel, the largest in the City

In April of 2009, CAL-PAC was selected as the prime contractor to spearhead the $45-million renovation project of the famous Downtown Los Angeles Hotel, the largest in the City. The renovation of its 1,350 rooms and suites, lobby/atrium area, and other common areas will commence in June of 2009. CAL-PAC will act as the main general contractor in the multi-phased renovation project and be responsible for the project’s core construction and management operations including but not limited to pre-planning, procurement, daily operations, construction supervision and coordination, and other related tasks. Westin Bonaventure Hotel is recognized as a modern landmark in Downtown Los Angeles with its futuristic architecture and for being one of the most featured hotels in Hollywood films and TV shows during its 33-year history.


311 Gramercy Place
Location: 311 Gramercy Place, Los Angeles, CA. 		CAL-PAC constructed a 30-unit condominium development after demolition of a pre-existing structure.

CAL-PAC is the general contractor on a 7-level, 30-unit condominium development in Hancock Park in Los Angeles. The $24-million project is scheduled to be completed by end of 2009 and main scope of work includes, but not limited to demolition, excavation, grading, concrete work, wood framing, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, fire-sprinkler system, and interior finishes.


Colton Senior Housing Complex
Location: 539 East B Street, Colton, CA.		 CAL-PAC took the lead on this successful renovation of a 42-unit senior housing complex

CAL-PAC took the lead on this successful renovation of a 42-unit senior housing complex managed by the San Bernardino County Housing Authority in 2008-2009. The $3.76 million contract encompassed and upgrade to safety and technical systems -- including cable television and an addressable fire-alarm system – as well as street, landscape and irrigation system improvements.


Ralph Welch Park Renovation, Phase II
Location: 1251 W. 11th St Pomona, CA.		 CAL-PAC oversaw this park renovation project for the City of Pomona’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department.

CAL-PAC oversaw this park renovation project for the City of Pomona’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. The $2.6 million contract included demolition and grading for construction of a new baseball field, parking lot, concessions building, restroom building, and modular office space along with installation of landscape and irrigation systems.
